Can't connect to the Internet when connecting the device hotspot "MV********" or "HSC********"

  · When the camera prompts "Please scan the QR code on the camera and wait for connection", the (MV+ID/HSC+ID) hotspot signal is found in the WiFi list of the mobile phone, but this signal can't connect to the Internet. After connected, your phone and the device can't link to Internet with this signal.

  · Please try to reset the camera, power off and restart the camera when "Rejected" or "No IP allocation" is shown. If above methods don't work, please contact the technician (v380technical@gmail.com)
