  2) If the device password can not be determined, the device can be restored to factory default settings to clear the username and password information and reconfigure the network

  Note: After resetting the device, reconnecting to the network and activating the device, the system will automatically assign a random username and password to the device. You can modify the password via clicking the [Settings] icon in the device list, select [Password] - [Change Device Password]
