Can I get the refund for purchasing cloud service plans?

Refund instructions


  · Due to cloud service belongs to virtual merchandise, service refund should meet the following requirements

    1) Apply within 3 days from the purchase date of cloud service plan

    2) The cloud service plan has not been bound by the device


    Note: The plan has been bound and unbound after using. It does not meet the refund rules and does not support refunds


Refund process


  1) Select [Cloud] in the function bar at the bottom of the APP, and click the icon in the upper right corner to enter the [Order] interface

  2) Click the [Refund] button for the plan that needs to be refunded, fill in the refund application as required, and click [SUBMIT]

  3) If the submitted application meets the rules, the system will prompt "refund successful" and the funds will be returned to the account according to the original payment channel
