1) Connect the camera and NVR to the LAN, and add the device through automatic search
2) If the NVR does not find the device IP
a. Please confirm that the camera and NVR are already in the LAN and use the same gateway
b. Please try to set a static IP for the device
c. Please log in to the router background to check if there is a restricted connection, such as LAN isolation, blacklist, and other settings
d. Please try to turn off the router firewall
3) Select onvif as the network protocol, and port 8899 as the network port
