What should we do if the cloud recording has no video record?

  1) Please activate the alarm system if only the event mode is on

  2) Please confirm that the cloud recording setting is normal, and try to open [Continuous recording]

  3) If there is no video record after opening continuous recording, please try

    · Power off and restart the camera once

    · Unbind the device and rebind it

    · Restart the router after power off

  4) If the above methods can not be solved, please contact the technician (Email: v380technical@gmail.com)
