  1) Confirm that the device supports to connect NVR and are both on the same LAN, and the video stream connection protocol is enabled. Please contact the technician (Support center) for details if you need

  2) If you confirm that the device supports to connect NVR, please try to fill in the video stream path in the NVR system (some NVRs support this function) (the device IP address is 0. 0. 0. 0, and needs to be filled in manually)
