1) If the device prompts "Dialing timeout, please confirm the SIM card status", means the device connection fails

  2) If the device prompts "SIM card not recognized", means the device connection failed. Please power off , take out the SIM card and reinsert it, then power on the device. Please reset the camera after above operations

  3) Please check whether the 4G card is in normal condition and whether there is remaining data

  4) Confirm that the signal of the installation position is good, or try to connect the device again at the place with good signal

  5) If the SIM card has poor local signal, try to replace it with another operator SIM card for testing
