  1) The device has been bound by other V380 account, and one device can only be bound by one account. Please confirm whether the device has been bound with another account

  2) If you need to change the account binding, please log in to the original binding account to unbind the plan and then rebind the plan

  3) If you are sure that the device is not bound to your account, please contact the technician (Email: v380technical@gmail.com)
