1) Please confirm if have deleted the devcie from the device list. Please try to scan the QR code on device body and add the device again in the APP
2) Please confirm whether the username or password of the device has been changed. You can also add the device again by resetting the device if forgot the password
3) Please confirm whether the device can be viewed under the WAN and click [Rebind]
