1) Confirm that the device is connected to the Internet. The offline device doesn't support uploading the records
2) If use the Event Recording plan, the device only records when the alarm system is triggered (The objects moves in the image). Each video should not exceed 5 minutes, and the videos are not continuous in time
3) Unstable or slow network speed may also cause failure in uploading records to the cloud
Note: The Event Recording plan only supports alarm video, it will not save the video if the alarm system is not triggered
