1) After logging in to the V380 account, select [Profile], click the top profile picture to enter the [Personal information] interface, and click [Account cancellation]

  2) After confirming that the information is correct, click [Applies for the cancellation] - [Confirm]

  3) After the logout is completed, the current account will be deleted and you will not be able to log in and use this account

  Note:

    1) If the account registered with a mobile phone number does not receive the verification code, please ensure that the mobile phone number is still in normal use

    2) Please confirm if there are no devices under your account. That means you need to delete all devices before cancelling the account
