The APP does not receive alarm screenshots

  1) On the [Settings]- [Alarm settings] screen, confirm that [Alarm on] is turned on

  2) Confirm that the alarm period and alarm area have been set correctly

  3) Confirm that the camera is connected to the Internet and can be previewed in real time

  4) Try to restart the camera and confirm that the device can trigger an alarm

  5) If the device cannot trigger the alarm normally, please try to upgrade the device firmware version

  6) Try to close the software completely and reopen it

  7) Please check whether the APP can connect to the Internet normally
