1) Confirm that the alarm is triggered and the APP can receive the alarm picture
2) In [Profile] - [Settings] - [App push] interface to confirm the push function has been opened
3) Confirm the mobile phone has opened the software's push notification authority
4) Try to uninstall and reinstall the APP
Note: Due to system compatibility reasons, some mobile phones are not compatible with push service, so the alarm information push can not be received. If this brings inconvenience to you, please kindly understand
